About the College
The Electrical Engineering program with its three concentrations namely Electronics, Communication, and Instrumentation & Control is accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in UAE. All three concentrations are offered in Ajman campus while only Communication Engineering concentration is offered in Fujairah campus. The Bachelor of Science (B. Sc.) degree in Biomedical Engineering started in 1995 under the College of Engineering at Ajman University. The program was accredited with “accreditation eligible” status in the academic year 2000-01 by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, UAE. The program was approved by the CAA with the status “full accreditation” from the academic year 2006-07. The last re-accreditation of the program was in 2011. Architecture is the science and art of shaping the built environment and establishing habitable and enjoyable communities. The architectural engineering program is a five-year course designed to equip students with a sound knowledge and understanding of building design, landscape design, structure, construction, history of architecture, heritage conservation as well as many other related subjects The Interior Design program is designed to develop and enhance students’ artistic abilities, knowledge and skills to be able to design, supervise, and implement interior design projects.
